Meet Our Team

Lauren Hackbarth is the Director of Client Relations for Vigilare Wealth Management. Her mission is to ensure our Vigilare family of clients has the best client experience possible. Lauren is passionate about providing clients with excellent, comprehensive straight forward customer service while delivering an unhurried personal touch.

Lauren graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2016 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Humanities. While attending college, Lauren earned a reputation for academic achievement and was on the Dean’s List.

Prior to joining the Vigilare Team, Lauren has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently she was responsible for managing La Hacienda, one of the flagship restaurants at the Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale Arizona. Lauren was part of the Riise program which is a fast track leadership program for standout managers.

Lauren is a resident of Scottsdale and is proud to be associated with the talented, high performance professional team at Vigilare.
